Car Park just off the B974 Banchory to Fettercairn road, before the bridge coming from the Banchory direction, as marked on Route Map.
Trail Description
The ride starts with a mix of gentle landrover track and road to take you to the base of the climb towards the summit of Kerloch Hill at 534 meters. The climb is broken into two, with an easy first quarter completed with a quick break, then completing the rest of the climb to the top. Most Neeps like the challenge of completing the final climb without putting a foot down. At the top you are rewarded with firetrack decents, later changing into one of the favourite single tracks (when not flooded). After the fun single track it’s a quick decent on fast firetrack and finishes through the forest to the car park.
