Welcome to the Downhill Neeps!

As mentioned on our home page, some of the our members meet to enjoy social Downhill Mountain Biking. We ride local downhill tracks most weeks, usually at either Pitfichie or Scolty (meeting place at Pitfichie is where Number ’12’ is marked on the map and for Scolty it’s the main FC Car Park).

We also travel to Innerleithen at least once month for the uplift days, and visit other various tracks in UK for example, Fort William , Dunkeld, Hamsterley and Ae .

Our annual holidays are usually in Europe; in previous years we have visited Morzine and Les Gets.

A few of us Downhill Neeps still race, SDA's or mostly the less serious winter series at Innerleithen.

As well as riding, we are involved in downhill trail maintenance and development at Pitfichie and Scolty, working together with the Forest Commission.
